How do we use your data.

What we collect — Only what we need to run the platform and reach you back. We collect the information you give us directly — your name, work email, company, and phone number when you request a demo or contact us — plus basic usage data from your browser so we can keep the site working and see what's useful. If you're a customer, your platform usage data is governed separately by your service agreement, not this policy. How we use it — To respond to you, run the platform, and nothing else. We use your information to reply to demo requests and questions, operate and secure the website and platform, and send you occasional product updates you can opt out of anytime. We don't sell your data or use it to build advertising profiles. Who sees it — A short list of vendors, never a marketplace. We share information only with the vendors that help us run our business — cloud hosting, email delivery, scheduling, and CRM tools — each bound by their own confidentiality terms. We disclose information beyond that only if the law requires it. Keeping it safe — Encrypted, access-controlled, audited. Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to people who need it to do their jobs. How long we keep it — As long as it's useful, then it's gone. We keep contact information for as long as we're talking with you, and delete it within a reasonable period after, unless we're legally required to retain it longer. Your choices — You can see it, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email it_support@enesol.ai to request access, correction, or deletion. If you're covered by GDPR or CCPA, those rights apply in full. Cookies — A few, and you can turn them off. We use a small number of cookies to keep the site running; disable non-essential ones anytime without losing access to content. Children — This isn't built for kids.
